“My experience with All American Solutions was without question the best technical support experience I have ever had. That is not a statement that I make lightly. My computer background covers 35 years including running a travel marketing company’s computer environment, running my own database marketing company that developed and managed frequent traveler programs for a number of travel companies including one of the largest European air carriers, as well as working as a designer offering both print and web design services. Over the years, I have run into several situations that required outside technical support. In almost all of those circumstances, there were two common themes I consistently ran into: a prime focus on the part of the technical services company’s financial goals and/or a tech support crew that was based overseas and that I generally had difficulty understanding or found had very limited technical expertise. All American Solutions is a breath of fresh air and a must have on anyone’s contact list of computer support resources. They are exceedingly professional, have a staff of well-qualified computer engineers, communicate clearly and understandably, and are very patient. When I initially spoke with founder and CEO Bob F. yesterday afternoon, it was obvious that he was very attuned to my needs and very quickly understood my problem. His primary goal was to address my immediate needs and get them resolved as quickly as possible. Price was only a secondary subject during my discussion with Bob F. Bob did not focus on price nor was his primary concern on transferring my funds into his pocket. All American Solutions’ price was very reasonable, up front, and based on a specific flat fee. The company does not charge on an hourly basis. The price I was quoted was very fair, did not require lengthy negotiations, nor needed to be discussed further. It was simple and right to the point. Once approved, Bob assigned one of his senior computer engineers to my project. A little background on why I required outside assistance before I describe my experience with All American Solutions’ specialist. My wife and I just moved this past weekend and as a designer with tight deadlines, I needed to get my Mac installation back up and running. After getting all my equipment connected up (which included my Mac Pro, display monitor, wireless mouse, keyboard, and three external drives), I found that the Mac was not booting up. It was unable to identify the bluetooth wireless mouse although I had been using the same mouse for at least the past three years. To make matters worse, the keyboard was frozen. Even after attempting to use a USB mouse, the problem persisted. I have had Mac Pros for about twenty years and had never experienced this problem before. Franco, my assigned senior engineering specialist, called me immediately following my conversation with Bob and went straight to work. Not only did Franco understand the problem but he was very accommodating, relaxed, and well-spoken. Franco tried a number of ways to gain control of the system in order to fix the problem. Eventually, the Mac finally booted up with the USB mouse. With Franco’s directions, I downloaded All American Solutions’ applications that allowed Franco to take remote control of the computer. Before attempting to fix the problem with the wireless mouse, Franco ran disk utilities as part of his procedures. Once that was completed and following further discussion, the wireless mouse was finally working properly and the keyboard was no longer frozen. The turnaround time was relatively short. I was able to get back to my client work. And, based upon Franco’s input, the Mac is now running faster than it had been. In summary, I cannot offer enough positive compliments about my experience with All American Solutions. Before I spoke with the company, I was regretting what I expected from the technical support based upon prior experience over the years. All American Solutions has their values well-grounded and their level of service and care is a very welcome breath of fresh air compared to what is most prevalent in today’s business environment where companies have their lost focus on the needs of customers and have become more focused on profit motive to the detriment of everything else. My hope is that All American Solutions will be around for the very long term and will maintain their values over time. Perhaps All American Solutions will serve as a prime model to other companies and encourage them to refocus their own values and learn to run great customer-oriented businesses.”
